Flat feed
A conversion feed where nearly every lead carries the same value, usually because no attribute in the data separated them.
Why it matters
The most common way value-based bidding produces no result at all. It is not that the values are wrong, it is that they are all the same, and identical values make value bidding arithmetically identical to volume bidding.
What goes wrong
It is worth being precise about the failure: the same ranking, the same spend, the same leads. Not worse, identical, and pointless. An advertiser whose data cannot separate a good lead from a bad one is far better off learning that in week one than concluding in month three that the platform does not work.
What this product does about it

Measure this on your own data
The diagnostic reads a CRM export in your browser and reports your volume, your match rate and the spread between your leads against the thresholds in this glossary. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.
